The Museomontagna Dictionary of Mountain Film. Containing 4000 themed films, it was published in 2004 and is the result of several years of research, on a world scale, that culminated in a selection of all the themed films in which mountains play an important role. The work continues, so this online version is constantly added to, corrected and updated.

The Museo Nazionale della Montagnawas one of the founders of the association that unites the most important bodies that promote and conserve mountain film.
