With a view to developing greater awareness and knowledge of a cultural heritage that distinguishes our city, such as the mountains, the Museo Nazionale della Montagna organises teaching laboratories for schools. The Teaching Department proposes fun educational visits that invite children to interact with the fundamental themes of the Museum: mountaineering, exploration, mountains, the Pole.

Games and play thus help children both to come into contact with the collections and to live the emotions that the exhibition rooms arouse. Discovering the Museum also enables the younger ones to acquire a baggage of notions and sensations that are essential for the adventure of direct contact with the mountain, also thanks to the possibility of arranging educational trips to the Fort of Exilles, the separate branch of the Museum in the Susa Valley.
